Targeted acquisition
Automatically issue coupons to new users who reach a spend threshold.
- Use case 1: Targeted acquisition.
- Use case 2: Tier & store segmentation (target VIP customers, attach home store).
BRANDICA turns warehouse truth into progress, missions, and rewards. Explore and design with AI and LLM (any model you enable); ship with reviewable rules and SQL-backed evaluation — not black-box execution. Transparent AI token quotas for every plan.
CDP 1.0 was the era of a vendor-coded platform, packaged into one monolithic deployment — a huge solution bundle with its own generic data model and long rip-and-replace projects. CDP 2.0 (what BRANDICA embodies) flips the stack: your data warehouse is the foundation, and the CDP is the upper layer that works with the DWH to manage activation logic and orchestration — compiled to SQL where truth already lives.
This is the CDP 2.0 upper layer: explore data, build audiences, configure rules & missions, orchestrate touchpoints, attach incentives, and use AI / LLM to draft and refine — while logic and orchestration are expressed against the warehouse below, not trapped inside a monolithic vendor silo.
BRANDICA issues parameterized SQL against your tables: progress, eligibility, mission state, and campaign metrics materialize inside the warehouse you already trust (BigQuery, Snowflake, Spark, ClickHouse, Databricks, StarRocks, SQL Server, MySQL, …).
Channels (app, POS, CRM, voucher rails) consume signals and rewards from this loop — the CDP stays the brain; the warehouse stays the source of record for who qualifies and why.
Personalization and recommendations start with AI / LLM in the product; what ships is compiled into segments, missions, and reward hooks your teams can edit — then measured end-to-end.
Automatically issue coupons to new users who reach a spend threshold.
Use rules to measure spend, quantity, and frequency within the correct scope: store, time window, SKU/brand.
Gamification and loyalty schemes turn progress into motivation, while improving AOV and purchase frequency.
Automatically win back dormant segments with rules and rewards — reduce churn and increase LTV.
Track progress, issue idempotent rewards, and keep audit logs — ship fast while staying reliable and reconcilable.
Warehouse-grounded activation: fast to pilot when IT shares read access, hard to fake with a generic loyalty wrapper.
Progress, eligibility, and mission state resolve on your tables — aligned with finance and ops.
AI and LLM for explore, templates, and campaign drafts — execution stays deterministic and reviewable before publish.
From goals to segment graphs, missions, and incentives — with clear limits on AI tokens per plan plus simple overage pricing.
BRANDICA schedules and issues SQL; rewards and edges integrate to your POS, CRM, or voucher rails — optional self-hosted execution patterns for regulated teams.
Each plan caps active users, campaigns (games & missions) over any rolling 12-month window, and AI tokens (input + output) per calendar month. Buy extra tokens anytime: $1 per 1M tokens.
Pilot segments, missions, and rewards at small scale.
Growing programs that need warehouse-scale audiences.
High-volume retail & multi-brand orchestration.
Larger programs, procurement, SLAs, and custom integrations — quoted separately from self-serve plans.
National-scale activations with priority support options.
VPC patterns, SLAs, bespoke integrations, and procurement packages.
BRANDICA focuses on activation logic — segments, rules, missions, orchestration, and incentives — with evaluation grounded in your warehouse. It complements BI and can sit alongside CRM or marketing clouds rather than replacing your entire data stack in one jump.
Each plan includes a monthly pool of AI tokens (input + output) for AI, LLM, Ask AI, and NL workflows. When you exceed the pool, additional usage is billed at $1 per 1 million tokens. Exact metering follows the model provider’s tokenizer and is shown in-product.
Active users are distinct customers who qualify for progress or rewards in a calendar month (definition can be tuned to your identifiers). Campaigns (games and missions) share one cap counted over any rolling 12-month window so teams can plan seasonal bursts without surprise overages.
No — BRANDICA is built to leverage Snowflake, BigQuery, Spark, ClickHouse, Databricks, StarRocks, SQL Server, MySQL, and other engines you already operate.
Most teams start with read-only access and a single journey: segmentation → missions → incentives. Timelines depend on data readiness, but the goal is a fast first activation on existing warehouse tables.
Role-based access, audit logs, token quotas, and optional enterprise controls (SSO, VPC-style deployments, custom DPAs) are available — aligned with your InfoSec review.
