What is a “CDP logic layer”?

BRANDICA focuses on activation logic — segments, rules, missions, orchestration, and incentives — with evaluation grounded in your warehouse. It complements BI and can sit alongside CRM or marketing clouds rather than replacing your entire data stack in one jump.

How is AI billed?

Each plan includes a monthly pool of AI tokens (input + output) for AI, LLM, Ask AI, and NL workflows. When you exceed the pool, additional usage is billed at $1 per 1 million tokens. Exact metering follows the model provider’s tokenizer and is shown in-product.

How do “active users” and “campaigns / 12 months” work?

Active users are distinct customers who qualify for progress or rewards in a calendar month (definition can be tuned to your identifiers). Campaigns (games and missions) share one cap counted over any rolling 12-month window so teams can plan seasonal bursts without surprise overages.

Do we need to replace our DWH?

No — BRANDICA is built to leverage Snowflake, BigQuery, Spark, ClickHouse, Databricks, StarRocks, SQL Server, MySQL, and other engines you already operate.

How long does implementation take?
